No. A face mask will NOT PROTECT you from COVID-19. There is no scientific proof that wearing a face mask will give ANY protection from a virus. This is confirmed once again in a recent study from Stanford University. The study confirms that face masks offer NO PROTECTION against COVID and in fact are dangerous for your health.
The particles of a virus are many times smaller than the holes in the mask, and so they pass right through, in or out.
All viruses are spread via droplets when an infected person coughs. So, if you are infected it is advisable to wear a mask as it will help to stop the droplets being expelled from your mouth.
If you are not ill, don’t wear a mask. The evidence is HERE >>
